Delete your account.
You can delete your PensionPulse account and have your associated data removed at any time.
Migrate the existing deletion procedure from the SpaceWeb site at /DeleteAccount/. Update the email address and exact instructions to match the current operational reality before launch.
Two ways to delete
In-app deletion
Open the PensionPulse app → Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm. Your account and associated data will be removed within 30 days.
Email request
Send an email from the address registered with your account to info@lhmetrics.com with the subject line "Delete account". We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- ·Account credentials and profile information
- ·Locomotor activity records linked to your account
- ·Computed indicators (biological age, aging speed history)
- ·Financial inputs you entered
- ·Notification history
What we retain
We may retain limited records for legal, audit, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, transaction records associated with paid subscriptions). These records are anonymised where possible.
