When contacting us about your data, send your message from the email address you used to join the beta so we can verify the request.
Common requests
| I want to… | What to do |
|---|---|
| Delete my beta data | See the Beta Data Deletion page, or email us with subject “Delete My Beta Data”. |
| Withdraw consent | In the app: Settings → Privacy → “Withdraw consent and stop data processing”. Or email us. |
| Leave the beta | Remove yourself from Apple TestFlight or Google Play closed testing, then email us to delete server-side data. |
| Report a bug | Email us with a description and, if possible, your app version and platform. |
