1. Agreement

These Beta Terms govern your participation in the PensionPulse controlled closed beta (the “Beta”), operated by the PensionPulse beta program, operated by Evgeny Yakushev (the project “Life & Health Metrics,” pending incorporation as Life & Health Metrics, Inc.) (“we,” “our,” “us”). By requesting access, being approved, accessing a beta build, or providing feedback, you agree to these Beta Terms, the Beta Privacy Notice, and the Beta Program Supplement.

2. Beta access

Access is by invitation only: you submit a request, we approve it manually, and we add you to Apple TestFlight or Google Play closed testing. Your access is personal, non-transferable, and revocable at any time. You may not share access or invite others.

3. The beta is a temporary test

The Beta is pre-release software for evaluation only. All accounts and data created during the Beta are temporary and will be permanently deleted when the Beta ends. Nothing carries over to the production service; you will start fresh in production. See the Beta Program Supplement for details.

4. No payment

The Beta is free. We do not collect payment and do not offer subscriptions during the Beta.

5. Acceptable use

You will not (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the methodology, models, or algorithms; (b) use the Beta to build a competing product; (c) circumvent access controls; (d) share access; (e) use automated tools; (f) use the Beta unlawfully; or (g) publicly disclose the Beta without our written permission.

6. Not advice

Biological-age and aging-speed indicators are informational and not medical advice. Financial projections are illustrative and not financial, investment, or tax advice. Do not make real health or financial decisions based on the Beta.

7. “As is”; no commitments

The Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties and no commitments regarding availability, performance, data retention, or features. The Beta may change, pause, or end at any time.

8. Confidentiality and feedback

The Beta is confidential; do not publicly disclose it without permission. Feedback you provide is assigned to the operator (and to Life & Health Metrics, Inc. on incorporation) as described in the Beta Program Supplement.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18. The Beta is not directed to minors.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE BETA IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN THE BETA PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT, AND IN NO EVENT EXCEEDS ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT FOR MATTERS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

11. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may remove you from the Beta at any time. On termination, your access ends and your beta data is deleted as described in the Beta Privacy Notice and Supplement.

12. Governing law

These Beta Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE]. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of [INSERT COUNTY, STATE].
